I'm Danny, a curriculum designer and learning consultant with years of experience building training that works across education, organizational, and professional contexts. I'm also earning a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, which means I bring both practical experience and research-grounded thinking to every project.

My specialty is working with "accidental educators" — the subject matter experts, team leads, and organizational trainers who are excellent at what they do but were never formally trained to teach it. I help them close that gap without making it complicated.

I believe good curriculum design shouldn't be a black box. When I work with organizations, my goal is always to leave you more capable than when we started — with systems you can actually maintain and build on.
